Whether you’re looking to build strength, release tension, or reconnect with your body, you’ll find guided movement, breathwork, and supportive resources — available anytime, anywhere.

Our program is ideal for women aged 30–65, especially those transitioning through perimenopause and menopause. However we welcome males, females and all identity’s to the studio.
Beginners are absolutely welcome — our slow, mindful approach makes it accessible for all fitness levels.

You’ll get access to a variety of mat-based Pilates flows, core connection sequences, stretch and calm sessions.

Most classes use bodyweight only, but a mat, towel, and occasionally a band or small Pilates ball can help enhance your experience.
We’ll always let you know at the start of each session what you’ll need.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive login details to your member dashboard where you can browse and play classes on-demand.
You can watch them on your phone, tablet, or computer — whenever it suits you.

Yes — but with care. If you have specific medical concerns or injuries, we recommend starting with our Initial Assessment (available in-studio or via video call) so we can guide you safely.
