Our Reformer classes at XSNRG offer a dynamic mix of classical technique and fitness-based programming—designed for women of all levels, including beginners.
Whether you're building strength, looking to tone and shape, or want a low-impact way to get your heart rate up, there’s a Reformer class for you.
Initial Appraisal (Required Before Group Classes)
Before starting group classes, all clients complete an Initial Appraisal. This 45-minute consultation includes:
A review of your medical history, injuries, and current concerns
Posture and alignment assessment
Basic core function and breathing evaluation
Guided activation techniques to help you connect with your body
A customised program designed specifically for your goals and needs
This thorough and supportive approach ensures you feel safe, confident, and ready to begin your Pilates journey with clarity and purpose.
Group Reformer
Please note: These classes are not suitable for women who are pregnant or recently postnatal.
Sculpt & Tone Reformer
50 minutes | $40
Sculpt & Tone Reformer is a well-rounded Pilates workout that targets the core and all major muscle groups. Designed to define, shape, and tone, this class offers a full-body challenge while supporting strength and stability.
Perfect for all levels—including beginners—this session delivers results without the high impact.
Cardio Jump
50 minutes | $40
Cardio Jump is a high-energy Reformer class that gets your heart rate up while delivering a full-body workout. Combining jump board intervals with Pilates strength training, this session blends cardio and control to leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and satisfied.
SLT (Strengthen, Lengthen, Tone) Circuit
50 minutes | $40
SLT (Strengthen, Lengthen, Tone) is a slow-paced yet seriously effective mat and Reformer combo class. Don’t be fooled by the tempo—this “smiling assassin” will challenge your muscles in all the right ways, leaving you feeling the burn long after the session ends.
Expect to tone your entire body through focused, controlled movement that builds strength and creates lasting change.
AAA Circuit
50 minutes | $40
AAA Circuit is a fun and fiery circuit-style class focused on building stability and strength in your Arms, Abs, and….Rear!
Using both mat and Reformer, you'll move through targeted exercises in a small group setting (6–8 people), bringing a mix of challenge, variety, and community to your workout.
Expect a full-body burn with a side of laughs.
Jump Circuit

Jump Circuit is a full-body, circuit-style class combining the cardio boost of jump board intervals with Pilates-based strength training.
Using a mix of Reformer, Wunda Chair, fitball, and small apparatus, this class is designed to elevate your heart rate, build endurance, and tone from head to toe.
Restorative Reformer Flow
50 minutes | $40
Restorative Reformer Flow with Wendy is a gentle yet powerful class combining slow, strengthening movements with flowing mobility work to enhance flexibility, stability, and overall body balance.
A touch of lymphatic drainage is woven throughout to support detoxification and leave you feeling refreshed, lighter, and more aligned.
