Wendy Drew - Founder
Wendy is the passionate force behind XSNRG, bringing over 15 years of Pilates experience and a deep commitment to helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. Her teaching blends Pilates with fascial stretch therapy, assisted mobility work, and pelvic floor rehabilitation, offering a unique, results-driven approach tailored to each individual.
Every client begins with a personalised assessment, ensuring they feel safe, informed, and ready to move with clarity and purpose. With a strong background in injury recovery, pelvic health, and functional movement, Wendy meets you exactly where you are—whether you’re just starting out, returning from injury, or managing challenges like prolapse or incontinence.
Wendy also facilitates specialised workshops in Lymphatic Drainage, Vagus Nerve Reset, and White Tiger Qigong—designed to support deeper healing and nervous system regulation. She’s passionate about educating women on how to care for their bodies in a way that’s sustainable and empowering.
Beyond the studio, Wendy fosters a warm and supportive community through her Embrace the Pause Facebook group and podcast, creating space for women navigating perimenopause and menopause to feel heard, seen, and supported.

Lana brings a wealth of international experience and heart to every class she teaches. Originally from Ukraine, she spent over a decade in Spain, where her journey as a movement professional began. Now living in Karratha after several years in Perth, Svetlana has over 10 years of experience in both Yoga and Pilates. She has worked with people of all ages and abilities, designing low-impact, accessible programs that support you—especially if you're returning to exercise, just starting out, or navigating midlife changes.
Lana believes movement should be enjoyable and empowering. Her calm, encouraging style and focus on progress at your pace mean you'll always feel supported as you work toward your goals. She’s committed to ongoing learning, recently completing her Cert III & IV in Fitness with Fit College in Perth, and continues to grow her skills to better support her clients.
