1:1 Pilates Sessions

Looking for personalised support and guidance? Our 1:1 Private Pilates sessions are tailored to your individual needs, goals, and ability level. Whether you're managing an injury, navigating postnatal recovery, dealing with pelvic floor concerns, or simply prefer a one-on-one approach, these sessions are designed just for you.

Wendy is also a pelvic floor and pelvic organ prolapse therapist and can assist with mild cases of incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic floor dysfunction. For chronic or complex cases, she works closely with trusted women’s health physiotherapists to ensure you get the best support possible.

Sessions are available in 30-minute or 45-minute formats, giving you the flexibility to fit your movement practice into your lifestyle.

Initial Appraisal (Required Before 1:1 Sessions)

Before starting private sessions, all clients complete an Initial Appraisal. This 45-minute consultation includes:

  • A review of your medical history, injuries, and current concerns

  • Posture and alignment assessment

  • Basic core function and breathing evaluation

  • Guided activation techniques to help you connect with your body

  • A customised program designed specifically for your goals and needs

This thorough and supportive approach ensures you feel safe, confident, and ready to begin your Pilates journey with clarity and purpose.
