Meet Wendy Drew –

Owner & Principal Instructor


Wendy Drew is the heart behind XSNRG, a boutique Pilates studio in Karratha dedicated to helping women feel strong, calm, and connected at every stage of life.

With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry—and a background in personal training, remedial massage, and women’s health—Wendy brings a compassionate, hands-on approach to movement and healing. Her passion for educating and empowering women through Pilates, lymphatic work, and vagus nerve reset shines through every session.

Known for her warmth, deep knowledge, and genuine care, Wendy has created a supportive space where women feel seen, safe, and inspired.
