A session at XS Energy is always enjoyable and filled with laughter, while working up a sweat! I have attended pre-natal, post natal and regular classes. The girls easily help you adapt exercises to suit any injuries/needs you may have. Wendy is extremely knowledgeable with the human body in particular the pelvic floor. This is why I found her pre-nata; and post natal classes so valuable in preparing my body for birth and then helping with recovery after having my baby.


I have been going to Wendy’s Pilates for 5-7yrs, I had always had lower back, hip & neck problems, by doing regular Pilates with Wendy I no longer have these problems, I also enjoy doing meditation, Wendy is so easy to talk to & I feel very comfortable discussing anything with her, can’t do without Wendy & her Pilates classes.


I’ve been attending Wendy’s classes for about 8 years and I love the fact that XS Energy has such a wide variety of classes to attend throughout the week. I get to mix it up with strengthening classes, flexibility classes and some meditation to help wind down after a busy work week. Wendy and her team are both professional and highly trained and will provide modified versions of movements for your individual physical needs. The Team create a fun atmosphere and a real sense of comradery during classes that keep you coming back every time. XS Energy has improved my fitness, flexibility and general well-being.
