We offer the most comprehensive range of classical and fitness Pilates programs. Our Matwork and Reformer classes cater for all fitness levels and abilities. There is something for everyone. If you are new to Classes you will need to do a Class Assessment prior to commencing classes. This takes 30 mins and includes: basic core assessment, breathing & core activation, class suggestions suitable for your ability and a tour of our studio
We offer the following classes:
- Restorative Pilates Matwork: Combines gentle, dynamic, static & PNF stretching using therapeutic tools. We will help you move individual body parts more so you can be less static and more dynamic in your movement. This is a great class to learn and explore different ranges of motion you’ve maybe never had or felt before!
- SLT (Strength, Legnthen & Tone): This slower paced Matwork class will get the metabolism cranking! A whole body workout designed to improve your form & challenge you to work harder with super slow moves.

- White Tiger Qigong: teaches an integrated system of ancient eastern mind & body movement practices to stimulate your immune system, concentration, gain mobility, boost sexual energy, balance emotions, sleep like a baby, calm the mind & help your digestion.
- Total Body Revive Matwork: this class is one not to miss! You will learn Pilates exercises that are great for toning and creating lean muscle, improving mobility and flexibility and will even get that heart rate up and have you breaking a sweat. This class uses small apparatus such as resistance bands, small balls, weights, foam rollers and fit balls. Lana will have you working up a sweat in no time!!
- Barre Fit: A ballet inspired full body workout that uses small balls, hand weights and resistance bands. You will work you whole body from head to toe! Improve your strength, endurance and overall fitness with this amazing workout created by Lana
- Form: Focuses on strengthening the core and back, with some extra muscle groups sprinkled in. Form classes are generally mat-based and low to the ground, making them approachable (but definitely not easy!).
