We offer Prenatal Reformer Circuit (45 minutes)
Prenatal Pilates at XS Energy Pilates Studio is a great way to exercise during pregnancy. Our new mums get taught specific and targeted exercises and education to return to full function post pregnancy. We work on pelvic floor, abdominal, glute control, upper body stability and strength and posture. This is no ordinary prenatal class it contains a cheeky circuit twist.

Postnatal Mums & Bubs sessions (45 mins)
Postnatal recovery is so important. Wendy will guide you to a safe recovery in her Postnatal sessions, helping with getting your pelvic floor back into shape and help to heal any abdominal separation. Strengthening your Postnatal body and making you aware of your posture. You are welcome to bring your baby to these sessions.
